LAKE GÖKSU PARK in ANKARA

All animals need water to live. These are ducks. We hope you enjoy them.

We Visited the Water Purification System of Our School

Step 1: Our students prepared some questions about the water purification.

- Why we couldn't drink tab water?
- How is water purified in our school?
- How does the water purification system work?
- Where is our system?

Step 2: And we adjusted a visit to our purification system. They explained the system and answered our questions.

Water Purification Flow Chart:
Basic system composed of 5 water purification stage, major difference between RO and conventional water filtration system is the use of Reverse Osmosis membrane filtration as its major component.

The first stage uses particulate sediment filtration scheme capable of filtering 5 micron diameter. It removes targets the rust, slut and sands which are commonly presence in the plumbing network.

The second layer contains high quality granular activated carbon capable of removing majority of chlorine, fluoride, organics substances, taste and odor, etc.

The third layer contains the 0.0001 micron pore size membrane capable of removing all the rest of harmful substances including heavy metal ions, but will retain a good portion of mineral.

The final stage is activated carbon post filtration which optimize the taste while retaining the high quality of water.

This purification process has the following added advantage:
1. Disinfection of water
2. The process is entirely environmental friendly as it does not produce any chemicals or contaminants to the environments.
3. The process is reliable and proven over time. It is very stable and the water quality is consistent over time.
4. The unit uses very little power, only requirement is adequate static water pressure. For most residential situation, the system may be install in-line without any added equipments.
5. Small size and has a lot of flexibility in where to install the unit.

UV sterilizer Function:
It can kill bacteria, virus and other harmful substances. Rate of taking off salt reaches 93 to 99%. Features:
1) High output UV lamp
2) Compact design allows for maximum application flexibility
3) Polished stainless steel reactor chamber
4) Quick and simple installation
5) Max. UV output with highest quality quartz sleeve
6) Easy lamp replacement and service
7) Natural way to protect your water
8) 99.9% destruction of bacteria and virus at rated flow
9) Reactor chamber fits same clamp as RO membrane vessel

Thank you.

THE IMPRESSIONS OF CHILDREN

CHIRIAC ROBERT VII th A :"THIS PROJECT WAS SPECIAL TO ME.WE WENT TO THE SHORE OF THE DANUBE BLACK SEA CHANNEL AND COLLECTED THE RUBBISH TOGETHER WITH CLASS VIth A. I LIKED THE FACT THAT WE WORKED AS A TEAM TO HELP THE NATURE.’’

IRIMIA ELENA LARISA VII th A: "WE FOUND OUT MANY INTERESTING THINGS ABOUT WATER AND THE RIVERS. WE CLEANED GARBAGE TOGETHER , WE VISITED THE CLEANING STATION….. MANY WONDERFUL THINGS WE DID TOGETHER….’’

SALEDIM NEVIM VIIth A : " …WE LEARNED MANY THINGS ABOUT WASTING ENERGY AND WATER, MANY PEOPLE DON’T CARE ABOUT THAT.I LIKED THAT WE CLEANED THE CHANNEL…..’’

BALACI ELENA VII th A : " I LIKED THIS PROJECT VERY MUCH, WE WORKED AND WE FOUND OUT WAYS TO REDUCE THE CONSUMING OF WATER AND ENERGY. I ALSO LIKED THAT PARENTS WERE INVOLVED IN THIS PROJECT TOGETHER WITH OFFICIALS FROM OUR TOWN….’’

DARABAN ANA MARIA VII th A : “ PEOPLE HAVE THROWN MANY PAPERS AND GARBAGE BUT WE COLLECTED IT. WE LEARNED MANY USEFUL THINGS LIKE THAT WE SHOULDN’T KEEP LIGHTS ON BECAUSE LIGHT IS PRODUCED WITH THE HELP OF WATER SO WE CONSUME WATER BY DOING SO….”

LAVRIC ADRIAN VI th A : "WORKING AT THE PROJECT “WATER THE DROP OF LIFE” MADE US AWARE OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF POLLUTING THE WATER, WE LEARNED HOW TO KEEP IT CLEAN. MAN CAN’T LIVE MORE THAN 5-6 DAYS WITHOUT WATER. WE MUSTN’T LET WATER FLOW WHEN WE WASH WHEN OTHERS ARE DESPERATE FOR SOME DROPS OF IT….”

SCURTU COSMIN VIth A : “ WE LEARNED HOW TO CHERISH WATER HOW TO SAVE ENERGY . WHEN I WASH IT IS BETTER TO HAVE A QUICK SHOWER THAN A LARGE BATH….”
